Terms and Conditions

1. Scope and Charter Provider

These Terms and Conditions govern the website and private charter services supplied by JetMarinovexa in Hong Kong. JetMarinovexa provides charter services directly to customers and serves as the customer-facing contracting company for every booking accepted under these Terms. The website is not an aircraft-listing marketplace or referral platform.

Aircraft, crew, ground handling, airport services, catering, and other operational resources may be supplied through aviation service providers engaged by JetMarinovexa. Their involvement does not change the customer’s contractual relationship with JetMarinovexa unless the quotation expressly states otherwise.

By requesting a consultation, attending our office, accepting a quotation, or completing payment, you agree to the provisions applying at that stage.

2. Website Information

Aircraft images and descriptions illustrate charter categories that may be arranged through JetMarinovexa. They do not establish that JetMarinovexa owns every displayed aircraft unless ownership is expressly stated.

Aircraft model, registration, cabin layout, age, exterior appearance, baggage capacity, range, and availability may differ from illustrative website content. The quotation and booking confirmation identify the arrangements proposed for a particular journey.

Website content does not constitute an offer capable of acceptance through the website. No online charter booking or payment facility is provided.

3. Consultation Hold

Submitting the website form creates a consultation hold lasting 48 hours from submission. This hold reserves an opportunity to continue planning and does not reserve an aircraft, crew, airport slot, route, departure time, availability, or quoted price.

The customer must attend the designated Hong Kong office within that period. If the customer does not attend, the consultation hold expires automatically. Because no payment is collected online, expiry does not produce a cancellation charge or refund.

During the consultation, the customer must provide accurate information concerning passengers, routes, dates, timing, baggage, accessibility needs, catering, pets, and other requests.

4. Quotation and Booking Acceptance

After the consultation, JetMarinovexa may prepare a charter plan and written quotation. The quotation may identify the proposed aircraft category, itinerary, passenger limit, included services, exclusions, total amount, validity period, and trip-specific conditions.

A charter becomes binding only when:

  • The customer accepts the final charter plan and quotation;
  • Required passenger and itinerary information has been supplied;
  • The complete quoted amount has been paid at the office; and
  • JetMarinovexa issues written booking confirmation.

Payment alone does not create a booking before written acceptance. If JetMarinovexa receives payment but cannot accept the proposed charter, it will notify the customer and initiate the return of the amount received within 24 hours. Subsequent bank processing time is outside JetMarinovexa’s control.

Aircraft and operational resources remain subject to availability until written booking confirmation is issued.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

Passenger names must match their government-issued identification and travel documents. Passengers are responsible for obtaining passports, visas, entry permissions, consent letters, and other documents required by immigration, customs, aviation, or destination authorities.

All passengers must arrive at the designated airport at least one hour before scheduled departure. A passenger who arrives too late, fails to appear, or lacks required documents may be refused carriage.

Where one passenger is affected, JetMarinovexa may refuse that passenger without canceling the remaining passengers’ charter when operationally and legally possible. If the issue prevents the entire charter from proceeding, the booking may be seen as a no-show where the failure is attributable to the customer or passengers.

Passengers must follow lawful instructions issued by crew, airport personnel, security staff, and public authorities.

6. Customer Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be emailed to flight@Jetmarinovexa.com from the email address recorded for the booking. A request becomes effective when it reaches JetMarinovexa’s email system.

Timing is calculated to the minute using the scheduled departure time and local time at the first departure airport.

  • A request received at least 48 hours before departure qualifies for a complete refund of the charter amount paid.
  • A request received less than 48 hours before departure is subject to a cancellation charge equal to 50% of the charter amount. The remaining 50% is refundable.
  • Failure to appear is seen as a no-show and does not qualify for a refund.

For a multi-sector itinerary, cancellation ordinarily applies to all uncompleted sectors unless JetMarinovexa accepts a written request concerning specified sectors. Cancellation by an individual passenger does not reduce the charter amount because the customer books the aircraft service rather than individual seats.

The cancellation charge reflects aircraft commitment, positioning, planning, staffing, administration, and lost scheduling opportunities. It applies subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Refund Administration

Eligible refunds are issued by bank transfer, ordinarily to an account associated with the original payer. JetMarinovexa may request identity, payer, booking, and account information needed to process the transfer and prevent misuse.

JetMarinovexa will initiate an eligible transfer within 24 hours after receiving complete and accurate bank information. Receiving-bank review, intermediary processing, public holidays, currency conversion, and international transfer systems may extend the arrival time.

The customer is responsible for supplying accurate information. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, JetMarinovexa is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect bank details. Any bank or currency charges will be disclosed before transfer where known.

8. Changes Requested by the Customer

A request to change a passenger, route, date, airport, departure time, or service is not a cancellation unless the customer expressly cancels.

Changes require written acceptance from JetMarinovexa and may result in a revised quotation. Until accepted, the existing booking remains in effect. If a requested change cannot be accommodated and the customer chooses to cancel, the cancellation rules in Section 6 apply.

9. Operational Changes and Substitution

Charters may be affected by weather, air traffic, runway conditions, airport restrictions, permits, crew-duty limits, aircraft availability, governmental directions, or other operational circumstances.

JetMarinovexa may propose a revised time, airport, route, aircraft, crew arrangement, or cabin configuration. A substitute aircraft may differ in model, registration, appearance, layout, or features, but will be selected with regard to the itinerary, passenger count, baggage, and operational requirements.

Where reasonably possible, JetMarinovexa will explain a material change before acceptance. A material change includes a substitution that significantly alters passenger capacity, requires an unplanned fuel stop, changes the departure airport, or substantially changes the departure time.

If JetMarinovexa cannot supply an affected sector for a reason not caused by the customer or passengers, and no reasonable alternative is available or accepted, JetMarinovexa will refund the amount allocated to that unused sector. Completed sectors are not refundable.

10. Liability and Governing Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or customer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Responsibility for passenger injury, baggage, delay, and international carriage may be governed by the Carriage by Air Ordinance (Cap. 500) and applicable international carriage rules.

These Terms are governed by Hong Kong law, including the Trade Descriptions Ordinance (Cap. 362), Misrepresentation Ordinance (Cap. 284), Supply of Services (Implied Terms) Ordinance (Cap. 457), Control of Exemption Clauses Ordinance (Cap. 71), Unconscionable Contracts Ordinance (Cap. 458), Electronic Transactions Ordinance (Cap. 553), and Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486).

Charter activities remain subject to the Civil Aviation Ordinance (Cap. 448), Air Navigation (Hong Kong) Order 1995 (Cap. 448C), Aviation Security Ordinance (Cap. 494), and applicable dangerous-goods requirements.

Questions or disputes should first be sent to flight@Jetmarinovexa.com. Subject to mandatory law, Hong Kong courts have jurisdiction.
