Questions Before You Fly

Policies and Booking

  • Can I book a charter directly through the website?
No. The website creates a 48-hour consultation hold only. Your charter becomes booked after office payment and written booking confirmation.
  • How can I receive a complete refund after canceling?
Email flight@Jetmarinovexa.com at least 48 hours before departure to receive a complete refund of the charter amount you originally paid.
  • What happens if I cancel within 48 hours of departure?
Cancellations received within 48 hours of departure incur a 50% cancellation charge, with the remaining 50% returned by bank transfer.
  • What happens when passengers do not appear for departure?
A no-show cancels the booking automatically. The charter amount is not refundable when passengers fail to appear for scheduled departure.
  • How and when are eligible refunds processed?
Eligible refunds are initiated by bank transfer within 24 hours after JetMarinovexa receives complete, accurate account information from the customer.

Jets and Itineraries

  • How will you select an aircraft for my journey?
Our charter specialist considers route, passenger count, baggage, cabin preferences, airport limits, and range before suggesting an appropriate aircraft category.
  • Will the supplied aircraft match the website image exactly?
Website images illustrate charter categories. The aircraft supplied may differ in model, registration, appearance, layout, or features subject to availability.
  • Can I change my itinerary after completing the booking?
Yes. Route, airport, date, or timing changes may be requested, but acceptance and a revised quotation may be required first.
  • Why must I provide luggage details during consultation?
Share every bag’s quantity, size, and type during consultation because baggage capacity varies between aircraft and may affect suitability significantly.
  • What happens when operational conditions disrupt my itinerary?
JetMarinovexa may propose another aircraft, airport, route, or departure time. Unused sectors are refundable when no reasonable alternative is accepted.
